To find Daiso stock, you need to install the ‘#Daiso’ app. The Shop Daiso app can be downloaded and installed for free from the Play Store and App Store.
Install the ‘Shop Daiso’ app. It is not a Daiso membership app, but you need to install ‘Shop Daiso’, a shopping mall app dedicated to Daiso products, to check and view inventory.

Membership registration and login are not required to view and check stock in the Shop Daiso app.
Enter the name or code you want to find in the search box of the Shop Daiso app and search.

As an example, if you enter ‘basket’ and search, various items come out. Choose what you want.

When you select an item, the item detail page appears, and select ‘Search a store where you can purchase’ under the price.

You can search for stores by ‘Store Name Search’ or ‘Local Search’.

Once you have identified the store, you can go ahead and purchase it.
Purchase after checking the store
Exchanges can be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase at the store of purchase or a nearby directly managed store after presenting the receipt.
Refunds must be made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase and visit the store of purchase with the receipt.

Refunds are not available at other stores. For refund, please have your receipt and payment card ready.
Not possible. Refunds for all purchases can only be made at the store of purchase. When processing a refund, you must enter ‘transaction date, approval number, approval reason code’, and processing will not be possible if the information is omitted or the original transaction details do not match.
If you have issued an electronic receipt, you can get a refund after checking the receipt in the Daiso membership app.
If the paper receipt is lost, it can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days after visiting the store where it was purchased and checking the credit card or membership points accumulated at the time of purchase.
Depending on the size and environment of the store, whether or not you can use the restroom, please ask a staff member.
It’s not possible. Because Daiso sells finished products, it is not possible to purchase only the accessories separately.
