📢 Who is excluded from Tomorrow Learning Card support?
Current public officials/private school staff,
75 years of age or older,
College students with more than two years remaining until graduation,
Self-employed people with annual sales of KRW 150 million or more,
Monthly wage of 3 million won or more
Workers in special types of employment and workers in large corporations under the age of 45

📢 How long can I use the Tomorrow Learning Card?
It can be used for 5 years regardless of whether you are a job seeker or employed.
It can be reissued after 5 years.
📢 What is the amount of government support for training expenses?
From basic 3 million won to a maximum of 5 million won
Depending on the type of inner car
A portion of the training cost is subsidized by the government within a limit.
General participants: 45 to 85%
Gukchwije type 1: 80 ~ 100%
Gukchwije Type 2: 50 ~ 58%
Work incentive recipients: 72 to 92%
If the account amount of 3 million won is exhausted,

1. Access the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s HRD-Net

2. Sign up and log in
3. Register certificate in “My Information”
4. Click “Application for National Tomorrow Learning Card” on the main page.
5. Proceed after confirming the issuance procedure and those excluded from support.
6. Fill out the issuance application form (basic information, application)
When issued as an unemployed person
Worknet job search registration is required, so register after registration.
Enter the basic information accurately.
Tip 1. Credit cards have an annual fee, so check cards are recommended.
Only Nonghyup accounts can be linked to Nonghyup.
Shinhan is Shinhan, Nonghyup, Kookmin, Hana, Woori,
It can be connected to a post office or SC First Bank account.

Tip 2. We recommend visiting the bank for receipt.

Check the status of your Tomorrow Learning Card application
On the main screen, click the “Check card issuance application results” button.
Application details and current status will be displayed.
After applying, apply (receive)
Request for card issuance after issuance approval

How to apply for re-issuance of Tomorrow Learning Card
📢 If the expiration date remains
If the expiration date remains but you do not have your badge,
