교통법규 위반 범칙금 The difference between fines and fines that even drivers don’t know about – Contribution/Column | news | Korea Policy Briefing

교통법규 위반 범칙금If you are driving, you must have experienced at least one time when you were unknowingly violating traffic laws and received a fine or fine notice. What is the difference between fines and fines? We inform you of fines and fines through card news.
◆ What is the difference between fines and fines?
A fine is a fine that is paid if you are caught by an unmanned camera. Regardless of the driver who drove the vehicle, the ‘holder’ is responsible. Fines are those that are directly caught by a police officer and imposed directly on the “driver” regardless of who owns the vehicle.
Are there any unpaid fines or fines? Inquiry in ‘ifine’
You can check unpaid fines and fines, as well as management of driver’s license penalty points and crackdown details, in the traffic fine inquiry and payment system ‘National Police Agency Traffic Civil Service 24 (iFine)’. You can access the homepage (www.efine.go.kr) and log in with a public certificate without registering as a separate member.
◆How to pay?… Be sure to pay within the payment period
Fines can be paid by visiting a bank or police station, or by credit or debit card. You can pay the fine by visiting a nearby police station or police station with the notice issued, acknowledging the fact of driving, and receiving a notice of the fine, and pay it through a nearby bank or online virtual account. Be careful not to incur additional charges by paying in advance!
